Registration Requirements

If your child did not play during the 2019 Fall Season, you must provide proof of age (as of 8/31/20) and proof of residency.  Please upload a copy of their birth certificate and recent utility bill to registration account prior to assessments, Sunday, January 5th, 2020.  FAILURE TO SHOW PROOF WILL DEEM YOUR CHILD INELIGIBLE TO PLAY.

Refund Policy

Note: The $100.00 league fundraiser is non-refundable

  1. For any refund request made prior to close of registration, January 1st, 2020, a full refund of the registration fee, less a $10.00 processing fee, will be refunded.
  2. For any refund request made after the close of registration, January 1st, 2020, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  3. No refund requests will be accepted after teams are set, January 6th, 2020.
Fundraising Requirement

In order to help offset registration fees for our members, Chino Hills Pony Baseball requires all players to participate in a fundraising program.  This program is designed to help parents reduce their registration fee by $100.00 while ensuring the league has enough funds to support the baseball program.  Each player will be responsible for paying the $100.00 fundraiser at time of registration, but may choose to sell 20 raffle tickets at a minimum of $5.00 for each ticket.  All money collected from the sale of raffle tickets will remain with the player.  For families with 3 or more players in the program, the first 2 players are required to participate and any subsequent players are exempt.  Your raffle tickets will be issued to you by your Team Parent or Manager at your first team meeting.  Raffle ticket stubs will be due back to the league on Friday, February 7th, 2020; the date which you must turn your stubs in to your team representative will be provided to you by your Team Parent or Manager.  We will hold the raffle drawings on Opening Day, Sunday February 9th, 2020Lost tickets cannot be replaced

*Foal Division Teams are Excluded from League required fundraising requirement.


Each team is required to have a team sponsor for a minimum of $300; however, we encourage each team to strive for more because anything collected over $300 is split between the team and the league (80% Team, 20% League).  The sponsorship will be due to the league on Friday, February 7th, 2020 ($300 Minimum Sponsor is due for Team Uniform Pickup); the date which you must turn your sponsorship(s) in to your team representative will be provided to you by your Team Parent or Manager.  If interested in being a team sponsor, please visit our website to download a sponsor form www.CHPony.org. Any sponsorship given of at least $200 or greater will receive a team plaque.
